The offer on this site
The Own It website package is $3,000 one time for the items listed on that card. Other work, including memberships, Boost Mail, and add-ons, is priced in a quote after we talk. If a written quote names a different scope or price, the quote controls for that job.
Heaven is a separate optional add-on. It is not included in Connection Hub or in a Master membership unless a written quote says you are buying Heaven on its own.
Arch Angel is a roadmap item. It is not for sale on this site.
Boost Mail
The Boost Mail page describes how a send is chosen: a managed sender or your own mail server, with stops for the do-not-mail list, missing permission, and a newsletter that lacks an unsubscribe line or a mailing address. Visiting this website does not turn sending on, does not collect a mail password, and does not send a message to your customers.
Acceptance and changes
The contact form asks you to agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. That checkbox is a binding electronic signature for the inquiry. We log the email, the pack version, the time, and the IP address when the host provides one. This marketing site does not keep a separate account database.
This pack is 2026-11-03.1. When the version changes, we email active customers and vendors. The note says what changed, where to read it, and that continued use means acceptance.
Your content
You own your contacts and your content. You give us permission to use what you send us only to answer you and to do the work you hire us for. You are responsible for having permission to email the people on a list you ask us to mail.
As is
The site and the services are provided AS IS. We disclaim warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant professional, legal, security, search-ranking, email-delivery, uptime, or food-safety outcomes. We do not give food-safety or other regulated professional advice.
Platform role
We provide a website, setup, and software platform. We are not the seller of third-party products you connect, and we are not your insurer, inspector, or payment processor. Resend, your mail host, and open-source tools are their own services.
Liability
Our total liability will not exceed the amounts you actually paid us in the prior 12 months. If you paid nothing, the cap is $0 to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Your responsibility for claims
You will defend and hold harmless Boost The Business and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates against claims arising from your use of the business or platform, including a list you did not have permission to mail.
Disputes
New Mexico law governs these terms, without its conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue is the courts sitting in Valencia County, New Mexico.
Where allowed, you waive class and collective actions. A claim must be filed within one year unless the law requires a longer period.
General
If a court strikes one sentence, the rest stays in effect. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. We may assign this agreement. Neither side is liable for a delay caused by events outside reasonable control, except for payment obligations that have already come due. Sections that should survive by their nature survive the end of the work. These terms, the Privacy Policy of the same pack version, and a written quote for a job are the entire agreement about that job.
Deletion and notices
After a verified request, we delete personal information within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it. Details are on the Privacy Policy.
